Occupy Wall Street doesn’t back one candidate.  But, it’s my website, and I can do whatever I want. I back Ron Paul and so do most of the members of Occupy that I know.  Big time.  There is no other candidate that even comes close.

I’ve known about Ron Paul since 2007 since he last ran for President.  He didn’t have a chance to win when he ran for President then, but actually has, kind of a chance, no really, seriously.

He’s got the vote from the crazies over at the Tea Party, and that’s helping a lot.  Truth is, I wouldn’t care if the Nazis and Westboro Baptist Church backed him as long as he got elected.

Texas Rep. Ron Paul has surged to second place in a new Iowa poll of likely Republican caucus goers, just one percent behind former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, the current front-runner.

Paul has consistently placed in the top tier of Republican presidential candidates in recent Iowa polls. With Iowans heading to vote in only three weeks, Gingrich holds a razor-thin 22–21 lead.
